We completely gutted our kitchen and foyer, updated electrical in parts of the house, refinished hardwood floors, and painted almost every room. As a family of 4 with 2 cats, it was a daunting 12-week project, but Fran kept us from becoming overwhelmed by guiding us through every part of the process. She was always available to answer questions, managed each step of the project, and reassured us that it was all coming together exactly as it should.
